Why I Built This
My mother-in-law lives with us. She’s part of our daily life — part of our family. I built this system because I wanted Houston families to have something better than what most people figure out on their own.
I’m Dan. I’m a real estate investor and licensed agent in Houston. I spent 18 years building systems for Fortune 100 companies, and then spent years buying, flipping, and developing real estate across Texas and Oklahoma. When I saw how hard families were struggling with senior transitions — and how much harder the home made everything — I decided to build a roadmap.
I don’t overlap with what senior care advisors, placement agents, or facility directors do. I handle the home. And I’m the only person in this space who can do that with the background I bring.
